Acquisition Expands Resources and Enhances Client Service
Bellevue, WA- The Akopyan Group, CPAs is pleased to announce the acquisition of Toyer, Dietrich, CPAs, effective December 1, 2025. This acquisition strengthens The Akopyan Group’s ability to deliver comprehensive tax, accounting, payroll, and advisory services and expands its geographic presence in Washington State.
As part of the acquisition, The Akopyan Group has added an office in Everett, enhancing the firm’s ability to serve clients located throughout Snohomish County. This expanded footprint allows the firm to provide more localized, responsive support while maintaining its high standards of service.
Clients of Toyer, Dietrich, CPAs will continue working with the same trusted professionals they know today. The Toyer, Dietrich team has joined The Akopyan Group and will remain in place to ensure continuity of service and a smooth transition for clients.
